Description
The Feature Overview page provides prospective customers with a structured, detailed view of what the Meander platform can do across its core functional areas. It organizes capabilities by area - activity registration, reporting, expense management, notifications, and so on - giving buyers enough detail to evaluate fit without requiring a demo. The page may also include a product support guide that explains how onboarding and ongoing support work, helping organizations understand what they are signing up for beyond the software itself. It complements the landing page by going one level deeper into product detail.
Analysis
Buyers at non-profit organizations typically involve multiple stakeholders - coordinators, IT contacts, and board members - who evaluate software at different levels of detail. The Feature Overview page serves the middle and bottom of the funnel by giving each stakeholder group the depth they need to build internal consensus. It reduces the number of pre-sales questions the Norse team must answer manually and shortens the evaluation cycle. It also sets accurate expectations about what is included in MVP versus later releases, reducing post-sale disappointment and churn risk. A clear support guide alongside the feature list further lowers perceived onboarding risk.
Implemented as a static Next.js page, sharing the same layout and design system as the landing page. Content is organized into sections by functional area, with brief descriptions of key features per area. A companion Product Support Guide section covers onboarding process, support channels, SLA basics, and training materials. No dynamic data or authentication required. Accessibility must meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Content should be maintainable by non-developers - consider MDX or a simple CMS integration if copy is expected to change frequently. Internal links should connect to the demo booking page and legal documents where relevant.
